Ocean Guardians: Coal Oil Point Gas and Oil Seeps

We went on a trip sponsored by Venoco Oil to visit Platform Holly and the world famous Coal Oil Point gas and oil seeps on September 29, 2012.

As an Ocean Guardian I pledge to…

…bring my own water bottle, mug, utensils and reusable bag.

…say ‘No Plastic Straw Please” when I dine out (even though they are fun).

…pick up at least 5 pieces of plastic pollution whenever I can.

…avoid using balloons

(even though they are fun).

…clean up the beach, park, or creek to leave it better than I found it.

…reuse or repurpose products to extend their usable life.

…engage family, businesses and co-workers to make this promise too.
